
Cafe
Opening Spring/Summer of 2025.
We aim to organically grow 50% of the food initially and source all additional organic food locally.
The cafe will serve farm-to-table sandwiches, salads, vegetables, soups, baked goods.
Produce, prepared foods, and flowers will be available in a small market setting.
The cafe space has seating for 45 people at a time and will be rented for events.
All proceeds from cafe go to supporting the Kentucky River Field School.
